Removing Space for 0 Values in Column Graph

Hello, I've made a column graph to show how size of different species has changed per year (size on y, year on x, then a legend for different colour bar per species). Not all species appeared every single year, so there are big gaps. Is there a way to fix this?  Hidden/empty cells doesn't let me fix these gaps, is there a way to do it? Thanks!
