After seeing what you want to achieve I will tell you that that is against all the databases norms that exist. Are you wanting to have that because a third-party system requires the data to be in that way? Or do you need it to create an internal report? Sorry for asking that, but I think it will give me more context and I will be be able to give you a better advice.
