referencing cell with formulas?

I'm needing to reference a specific "function name" from one sheet onto a sheet that an employee must fill out monthly. I have tried several formulas with no luck. Is there a way to reference the price of the function from one sheet with a formula to multiply whatever quantity is inputted that month. Note: The quantities change every month and are not always in the same order. The price does not change monthly.

Example:

"Dethatching" (function) has a specific price. When the employee types in "Dethatching" for that month with a quantity, I need a formula to figure the math in a column on the monthly sheets. The actual price of the function pricing is on its own sheet.
