referencing a cell from another tab in my worksheet
I am creating a worksheet with a Bid tab and Data tab.
When I reference a cell in my bid tab to pull the cost from the Data tab, it adds it in but it doesn't keep it even if I hit save right after. Does anyone know if there is a setting to prevent my formula from disappearing?

I've never heard of a formula, once entered, disappearing. Can you give a more complete description of what you're doing, perhaps--ideally--posting a copy of the spreadsheet in question (so long as it contains no confidential information). But specifically be clear about what the formula is that you're using to pull data from "Data" into "Bid"
