Recurring Meetings Project
I’m organizing my calendar to make sense of recurring team meetings. I’ve created a list and categorized them into weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly occurrences. The challenge is sorting meetings with patterns like “the third Thursday of every month” or “the second Monday of every month.” Any ideas on how to sort these effectively? Thanks in advance! I am presenting this to my manager to have him get me out of a few meetings. A plus is if I could show how much time I am wasting on all these meetings. TIA!

You can use project management or calendar tools (like Trello, Asana, or even Google Calendar) to visually represent when these meetings occur. Highlight overlapping meetings and free slots.

Make a list of all recurring meetings, including meeting name, frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.), and specific patterns (e.g., third Thursday, second Monday). Include details about the duration of each meeting.
