recovered a program but size of numbers are so small cannot read them enlarge font size

What is the nature of the document? If it's an image or PDF that could be part of the problem.
What have you tried? If these are truly Excel cells--you are posting in an Excel forum--have you tried selecting the cells and then from the home tool bar working to enlarge the view or change the font size directly?
You could help us help you be saying a bit more of what you've tried, the nature of the file you recovered etc.
