Real key management using excel

Matt, there are 2 other things, if possible, I'd like to accomplish with the key inventory. On the attached, you will see an ALL Tab. On this Tab you will see column "K", Storage Locker. As you look down the column you will see a "Y" with a number, ie., "Y 1", "Y 2" or "Y 3". These codes represent "Yes" this individual has a Storage Unit. The number represents how many Storage Units. I'd like to if possible, do the same in column "L". A quick glance to see if this individual has a hard key and if so, How Many. Also, is there a way to add to Key Log, the name of the individual, associated with the room entered in column "B" to be displayed in column "E". The name being pulled from the ALL Tab for the room entered in column "B" on the Key Log.
