Highlighting rows with specific values from a list of ID's

Hello!  I need to highlight a set of values (column A) from a list of ID's (Column B). All I want to do is highlight the value. I have tried using conditional formatting to highlight duplicates but ...

Say Data in column A1:B20
Select A2:A20, Conditional Formatting -> New Rule -> Use a formular.. -> Edit the Rule Description
=IFNA(MATCH($A2,$B$2:$B$20,0),FALSE)
