How to convert the above table to the below table ?

 

It should come :

 

Note - I am using Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019

    It's all done with the PQ User Interface:

    - Go to Data tab > Queries & Connections (the Q&C pane opens)

    - Double-click on query Table1

    - Follow step by step in APPLIED STEPS
