Put a Tick in Excel Sheet

Hello i need to put a Tick in a Excel sheet showing that the  Task has been completed at the moment i am having to use an x which makes it look like task has not been done. I am having to do this because i cannot find the Webdings /windings Font in the font drop down box but they are both on my system and can be used in other Apps Help Please.
