Pulling Scattered Data from Workbook into Different Workbook
I am using a Workbook which has a large amount of information, used by many people.
I want to create a separate Workbook which pulls just 2 pieces of information from the larger shared Workbook, though the information is a bit scattered and is also separated into multiple Sheets within the Workbook.
To be more specific;
Is there a Formula that I can use to give me a list of all Work Order Numbers that exist within the separate Workbook ( Across multiple Sheets ) as well as the Work Order quantity which is recorded in the cell next to the Work Order Number ( Also across multiple Sheets ).
Thanks in advance for any help on this 🙂

You've had over fifty views and no responses. You could help us help you by providing more than what really is a very nebulous description of the challenge facing you.
"Is there a formula?" you ask? Maybe, but without knowing more about how that large amount of data is organized, how many sheets we're talking about, etc., etc., it's hard to say more than "Maybe."
Would it be possible for you to post a copy of the workbook on OneDrive or GoogleDrive with a link here that grants access to it? If the original has private/confidential/proprietary information and therefore can't be posted, perhaps you could create a mockup, or a copy from which the names or other not-shareable info has been scrubbed. Without that kind of assistance from you, there's not a lot of specific help that can be given. Also let us know what version of Excel you're using.

mathetes Thank you for your help !!!!
Please see below template of the File I'm working with. Basically, I want to create a separate Excel Book which will list the Work Order numbers along with the QTY ( Photo below of the list I'm hoping to get in the New Book ).
Two Things to Note:
1. Sometimes the Work Order Number repeats ( I would like the New Book to give me the total QTY. but if it's not possible, I don't mind if it has multiple records for the same Work Order ).2. There are multiple sheets in the Original Workbook which all look the same - I would like to pull all the Work Orders from all Sheets into 1 Sheet on the New Book.
Thank you again for your help 🙂

Since this is a template workbook that you've given us images of, let me ask again if you could post the actual workbook. Images are better than words, but they're still images only. Working with the actual workbook gives us the opportunity to not only suggest a formula or two, but also to test it. And if your actual workbook could include some representative data, all the better, so that we don't have to imagine that as well.
Post this workbook by attaching to your reply. If you aren't able to do that, put it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive and paste a link here that grants access.
