I don't know if I get you right but I prepared a sample for you to test.

dummy that I am, I just figured out how to open your sample in excel. I will see if I can use your code in my file. (I am not a VBA guy, though!)

Basically, I think the sample I sent you is it.
if sheet "REG" is used (finished) - copy it to a new sheet and rename it (say, REG-2018) THEN clear "REG" so that you can re-use it for new entry.
you can re-format all columns to suit your requirements and maybe add some pertinent data.
