Pulling registrants for current year from master list

thanks for the help. Whaat you attached appears to be a PDF so I can't see how it runs. I have attached dummy file of what I'm working on. The names do not repeat, but I think you can se what I'm trying to do. I pull this year's registrants from the master. The master is built by online registration, a paper form or onsite. I want to use master as my database and then pull current year registrants from it to a tab for current year participants.
BTW, we raise about $40,000 in Rotary scholarships through this event each year, so a great many kids will really appreciate your help.
