Psi functions

Question

Hello! I'm having trouble with the Psi functions. My professor mentioned something like =PsiUniform(G1,I3) but it shows #NAME? on my computer. I've checked "Insert Function" and the category doesn't have PSI Statistics. I also tried add-ins in options and it looks like this:
