Print Rows on every page (Header and Footer)

Hallo

I have a problem figuring out if it's possible to print several rows located in different position on every page. so I know you can Print several top rows on every page on your excel sheet, however I am looking to print several rows at the top and the bottom of all my pages (Header and Footer). I was merely wondering if this is possible at all
