Power Query import from Access database is missing some columns

I have the same problem! Quite a few columns from my Access table after I imported with Power Query were missing. I'm not sure whether it had a link/source in another table, on the other hand some columns that don't exist in the original table were imported. I would still like to solve thiis problem by using Power Query.
As an alternative what worked for me was to activate "legacy Acess data import wizard" to do that Select File > Options > Data.. activate it and then in Data use the legacy import wizard instead of Power Query.

i have similar problem when i try to import from my access query database into an excel sheet, the culumns where i have multiple, options is not imported into my excel sheet,
