Posting a picture in Word Excel on a protected sheet
Please understand that in this world there are many different versions of Excel and Word for different operating systems.
That is why it is important to have the information as basic data in advance.
At the same time, the possibilities in Office are so many that some are inclined to say "as sand in the sea".
That's why I insist on such information in advance.
In your case (as far as I understand) you cannot insert an image from Word into Excel because the Excel worksheet is locked.
When the worksheet is locked, you cannot insert an image or anything else into the worksheet.
You need to unlock the worksheet first. If you don't have the password for it, you could try these links (where you can find information about how to unlock).
How to unprotect the excel sheet if forgot the password
Hope I was able to help you with this information :).

Problem solved. When I'm on the process of protecting the sheet, I just need to unselect locked cells and then select "Edit Objects" and it works.
