Please Match the correct location code from table 1 with the candidates current location in Table 2.

=INDEX(Table1[code],MATCH([@[currect location]],Table1[place],0))=VLOOKUP([@[currect location]],Table1,2,FALSE)You can try these formulas which seem to work in my sheet.
With Office365 or 2021 you can apply XLOOKUP as well.
OliverScheurich Thank you for the answer but it still doesn't work for me. 😞 Also, my Table 1 is the bigger one (on the right side), I think there is a catch.
Does it work when you open the attached file?
