Please Help:)
Im trying to create a workforce spreadsheet and I was wondering if someone could possibly help me.... I'm having a difficult time trying to write out what's needed, so I added a picture. I hope this is enough info.

Thank you for you time..... the =COUNTIF(range, ">0") and =COUNT(range) didn't work for me....
I did get it to work using..... =IF(HP7+HP8>=1,1)+IF(HP9+HP10>=1,1)
