Please help: how to apply filter function on only one window (multiple windows on a file)
Hello all, I have a file that I am working on multiple windows (selecting from "View" - "New Window" in "Window tab") with filter function. How can I use the filter function on a specified window...
That is not possible. If you have two windows on the same sheet, you can scroll them independently of each other, and change the view properties such as the zoom percentage independently of each other. But you will see exactly the same data. A filter is applied to the data, not to the window. So when you filter the data in one window. it will be filtered the same way in the other window.
You'd have to duplicate the worksheet.
