Plate requisition for chef

I will answer you ONLY if you send me food!!! No just kidding but this made me hungry.
What I think you should do is:
Step 1: Make a list of all the 12 types of entree and main dishes.
Step 2: Make a list of all the 4 types of entree plates.
Step 3: Make a list of all the 6 types of main plates.
So you will have all the entrees in a column and next to each on the same row you will have the accompanying combination.
Then what you will do is filter by the entree and it will show you what goes with it.
If you start with this, and then post the workbook, we will be able to help you further.
