PivotTable range cannot be accessed

I can't find anyone else having this problem so I'm hoping someone here can help me!

I am getting the below error but the source range is in the same workbook and I can still access it. There are no filters or hidden columns/rows on the sheet so I'm confused as to why the connection is failing to refresh. Is there anything I can do or do I have to start again?
