aye3150&nbsp;&nbsp;According to your picture the most probable reason the&nbsp;Calculated Field option is greyed out is because the PivotTable Data Source is the Excel Data Model (aka Power Pivot)&nbsp;&nbsp;If you work with the Excel Data Model you should write DAX measures, not Calculated Fields
