Pivot table with dates

I have a file (attached) with 300 rows and 200 columns filled with dates, I am not able to create a pivot table, end result I need to filter based on dates to get required data, any help?

 

I want different views for each month dates or each stockd

      Hello Patrick2788 

       

      I want two views 

       

      1) monthly view with all stock/index and dates are in that selected month

       

      2) date view of stock that fall on current or selected date

       

      3) select a stock or sector and it should give dates

       

      Any help would be highly appreciated.
