PIVOT TABLE PROBLEM

I have large spreadsheet of 67000 rows and 50 columns.  I created a table for the source data. each month I add data to the table by cut and paste from another spreadsheet.  This month the data I added  for 2019 does not show up in any of my pivot tables. I have refreshed the data, refresh all, refreshed the data table. I insert simple pivot table and put year in the rows column and it only goes to 2018. Does not show 2019.  The data is there, I even tried to change data form the table to the rows and columns and it still does not show. Have I reached some type of size threshold maybe? Any help would really be appreciated as this is a critical report for me.
