Back when I originally posted this thread, I'd already logged several tickets. Been back and forth with Microsoft techs, on screen share, on the phone, via emails... I even shared one of the files with them that I hadn't gone ahead and deleted the duplicates, just so they could see the fact that they existed. Problem is, they can't duplicate the problem on their end, and neither can I. Seems like it just "happens" and there's no way to see Excel "in the act" of doing it, in real time. VERY FRUSTRATING.
