Personal Finances Spreadsheet

Hey all,

So I have a spreadsheet that I use to track my personal outgoings. I have a column with the monthly due date of each expense and I'm trying to find a way for each individual due date to change to green (text or cell fill) once the due date has been reached. It then needs to reset on payday.

Is there any way to do this?

Cheers

    Yes.

It's called conditional formatting, and is readily done. Here's a link to some instructions on how it can work. See if you can implement it following their instructions, but feel free to come back if more help is needed. If you do need that help, might I suggest that you post a copy of your actual workbook (or reasonable facsimile) on OneDrive or GoogleDrive, with a link pasted here that grants access to it.
