Soundra, "Daily Expenses" sheet - it'll be one sheet per month or how you are going to keep the history of expenses for previous months?
Thanks a lot for your message Sergie. Sind the expenses sheet has the total expense, I do not know whether there should be 12 sheets. I thought each month passes I can use the same daily one for every month after deleting the data for the previous month.
I am sure you will be in a better position to advise me otherwise.

Excel doesn't remember results of previous calculations. As soon as you update any number in daily sheet Excel recalculates summary results. Actually you'll have the summary only for one abstract (current) month.
You may organize 12 sheets for daily expenses (Jan, Feb,...) and summarize them on monthly/annual basis.
Or you may denormalize your transaction tables and keep all transactions in one table with date/category/expense or income name/sum. This one table could be summarized into annual cash flow. That is something like here Free Money Management Template .
Formulas shall not be a big deal, data structuring is the point. Think first about usability and maintainability. If it'll be the tool which is hard to use you cancel it in few month. On the other hand will knew something new about Excel, that will be the only positive effect.
If your goal is not to learn Excel google for templates, perhaps you'll find something suitable and ready to use. Or even spend few bucks on some tool. This is not my area of interest and I can't give concrete advice.
Anyway, as soon as you select the data model will be glad to help with Excel formulas if needed.
