linrojy yes! you can calculate the percentage of attendence simply by

=Total_days_of_total_employee_Present_in_a_Month / (Total_Number_Of_Employee*Total_Day_in_Month)*100

Suppose;

you have 10 employees, from which they employees made a 20 numbers of leave in a month and the total number of days for all employees is 31*10 = 310 days.

so, Present on a month = 310-20 = 290

thats why;

290/310*100 = 93.54839%
