You can’t directly import formulas from a PDF into Excel as working formulas Excel only reads them as plain text.
A practical way is to first convert the PDF into Excel using a reliable offline tool like PDNob. It keeps tables and structure much cleaner than most online converters. After that, you can review the extracted content and turn formula text into real Excel formulas by adding = and fixing references.
It’s not fully automatic, but this method saves a lot of time compared to typing complex formulas from scratch.
