Paste Transpose

Hi Guys! I am new here, sorry about my broken English. I'm currently in need of help solving a problem I'm experiencing in Microsoft Excel. I have several variables to enter into the Column Filter, but now I have a problem when using Paste Transpose feature but it doesn't work as I expected, for example I have a Column Filter using 14 rows and for example 2 rows which in essence I want data this is neatly arranged the way Paste Transpose works, to be able to find out about this problem clearly you can check the video that I made as well as the example excel file that I attached. Please help, thank you.

You'd have to do it in two steps:

First copy A14:A27, and paste/transpose it to A2.

Then copy A28:A41, and paste/transpose it to A3.

Since you specified Excel for the Web, you can probably use one of the new dynamic array functions. I hope that someone else will help you with that.
