Hello Mentors,

I want to extract all the related information on the basis of UM name in this format. Can I get it out in the below format on Sheet 1?

I have got output in sheet 2 by applying Vlookup but can I get output in that format? If yes then how? mentors, please help

      Thanks for the help, however it is not working on the basis of UM (which is a dropdown). When I tried to get for other person it gives me an error. Also, Area and Branch should be populated at the same time when selecting for another person.
      Please let me know for any clarification.

        Which version(s) of Excel do you need to support? The version that I posted in my previous reply works in Excel in Microsoft 365 and Office 2021.

        I have attached a different version that should work in older versions of Excel too.
