John_Oakey Hello! Thanks for your question - you originally posted it as a comment on a March 2020 Tech Community weekly roundup, so based on the content I assumed it belonged in the Microsoft Excel discussion space.
Please let me know if that is incorrect for any reason, and please post future Excel questions there. Thanks!
- John_OakeyFeb 18, 2022Copper ContributorHi Eric, after a lot of cross discussion it turns out that the problem is not Excel's formula but its documentation, which is either missing or incorrect. Unless you consider Excel's implicit-by-example instructions as correct, then the formulas for nper in Pv and Fv are reversed.
