not sure which formula to use

Hi All -    I am not sure which formula to use and hoping to find some assistance here!   I have 2 worksheets with columns for SSN (column A), employee ID (column B), First Name, Last Name, etc. ...

In Sheet2!B2, you may use this formula:
=VLOOKUP(A2,
Sheet1!A:B,
2,0)
