NO CONNECTION TO ONLINE HELP IN EXCEL !
When I try to connect to any form of HELP in EXCEL, I get the message: Sorry Something wrong with your network connection, which is NOT the case !!
Can anyone suggest me how to repair this problem ?

I have a recent EXCEL version , installed 2020.

- Patrick2788Silver ContributorLikely an account issue. Go to the File menu, Account - log out of account then sign in again.

Thank you for your knowledgeable suggestion !! However, when I tried to sign out, I got a warning that several bad things would happen to my account. !
Will these be reversible if I log out and log in again ?
And, shall I only need my password to log in and return to normal, or it will be a more complicated procedure ??
At the moment I stay stand by.

- Patrick2788Silver ContributorAccount issues are very common. Just make sure you don't have any files open when you log out then sign back in.
I see that too, frequently. There appears to be a persistent problem with calling help from within Excel.
If you use your favorite search engine in the browser for the same subject, you should get the help you need.
