NO CONNECTION TO ONLINE HELP IN EXCEL !
When I try to connect to any form of HELP in EXCEL, I get the message: Sorry Something wrong with your network connection, which is NOT the case !! Can anyone suggest me how to repair this problem ...
Thank you for your knowledgeable suggestion !! However, when I tried to sign out, I got a warning that several bad things would happen to my account. !
Will these be reversible if I log out and log in again ?
And, shall I only need my password to log in and return to normal, or it will be a more complicated procedure ??
At the moment I stay stand by.

Account issues are very common. Just make sure you don't have any files open when you log out then sign back in.
