For example:
=UNIQUE(FILTER(D3:D1000,(D3:D1000<>"")*(COUNTIFS(D3:D1000,D3:D1000,E3:E1000,"*Eval*")=0)))

Thank you for your help, it seems this formula outputs a list of patients who have had evaluations vs. those who have not.

That's odd. It works for me without issue.
- QuentinNemoOct 09, 2023Copper ContributorThe error is likely mine, I defined name as the full range in column D, and the output included all unique names present in the list, whether "eval" was adjacent in column E or not.
