Need some help and suggestions
Hello, so the issue I'm looking for help with deals with a different issues!
So here's the break down of the workbook I'm dealing with! It goes from A to BB, and the in the first row are the titles for the columns. The number of rows can be from 32k to 300k. I can't show a picture because the info deals with accounts. But in column D is account numbers, F deals with the main title of the payer followed by two columns of the breakdown of the types like Medicare Medicaid and other, then a few columns down are open and closing dates, then from AC to AK deal with deal with different billing codes, and then AL to AR are different charges in and out and there breakdown, like copays, original payment, expected payment, what was originally charged and then then final payment collected.
I was thinking of writing a macro but sadly the time on my hands are short and can't get time to sit down and write it. So what I've been doing are doing "small" formals while sorting the data in different ways to get to the parts in can do fast "little" formulas.
I would like to know if i can do a lookup/Match in a range going from AC to AK for the billing codes! The issues are the reference for the codes change on the provider and the dates of services! I believe I need to INDEX and then what? Dealing with macros I've had more of a history of just writing them to do more of making a document and copy paste info that I'm too lazy to keep making on daily basis, small things! And formals have been more logic statements.
