Need help with forecasting function

Hi,

Can anyone help me apply the forecast function forecast.ETS or forecast.ETS.Seasonality to the data as it is set up in the attached file? If I need to do this manually as explained by Jalayer academy in the videos, feel free to add columns or set the data up differently. Thanks in advance!
