Need help with an excel formula

I’m new to excel formulas and currently have put the formula =IF(L10<15.01,2.50,L10*0.2). Which works fine, but my problem is that when I drag it down it puts the 2.50 in the cells below because there’s nothing for it to read because I haven’t anything to put into at this time. How do I add a Blank formula to my current one.

      Thank you, but unfortunately that’s not working. Maybe I’m not asking the question right.
      I have this formula in cell M10, which if I put in the added formula it just makes it blank when I add $15.00 in cell L10. I’m needing it to read $2.50 in M10. Or if I put $20.00, I’m needing it read $4.00 for the 20% in formula. But I have nothing in L11, so I want M11 to read $ - . Does that make sense or am I just making my issue more confusing?
