There are two ways to solve this problem.
1 - You must change blank cell into 0. = =IF(AVERAGE(A2>=0),AVERAGE(A2), "")
In this case your formula will work perfect.
2 - If you don't want to change, then use Iferror function. - =IFERROR(IF(AVERAGE(A2>=0),AVERAGE(A2), ""),"0")
