Need help in an excell formula
Hi. Can i check if i want to get a payout of 3 different amount using 9 types of values, what should the formula be? Meaning if hit all 9 of them, you will get A. If hit 3 of them, you will get ...
| live chat number | satisfaction | response time | email number | satisfaction | response time |
| 1500 | 80 | 30 | 2000 | 80 | 15 |
If Total Number, Satisfaction & Response Time hit, the payout will be in FULL ($1000, $2000 or $3000)
If Satisfaction or Response Time never hit, but the Total Number hit, the payout will be only in HALF ($500, $600 or $700)
If Total Number, Satisfaction & Response Time never hit, no payout will be given. $0
What is the formula to key in?
what does it mean if a number hits? what is total number? The numbers in the table are surely not additive.
