live chat number satisfaction response time email number satisfaction response time 1500 80 30 2000 80 15 If Total Number, Satisfaction & Response Time hit, the payout will be in FULL ($1000, $2000 or $3000)
If Satisfaction or Response Time never hit, but the Total Number hit, the payout will be only in HALF ($500, $600 or $700)
If Total Number, Satisfaction & Response Time never hit, no payout will be given. $0
What is the formula to key in?
- what does it mean if a number hits? what is total number? The numbers in the table are surely not additive.
