Need help finding busy vs slow months
I am trying to create a pie chart or bar graph to show the busy months vs the slow months for my locate team. I got the data, but I don't know how to make it presentable to leadership. (very new to excel)

It all depends on which logic to use defining busy/slow months. As variant that could be

Not sure I follow. In my solution the conditional format is gradient 3-colour scale, from green through yellow to red.How many more colours would you want?
Why not use conditional formatting with color scales?
It will give you an instant view of the 'hot spots' (red), be it by month or by person. Just an idea.
This works great! When I try to do conditional formatting, it only has up to 3 colors. Yours make it easy to show busy vs slow. When I try to create a rule for more color options it says I can only use 3?
