Why not use conditional formatting with color scales?
It will give you an instant view of the 'hot spots' (red), be it by month or by person. Just an idea.
This works great! When I try to do conditional formatting, it only has up to 3 colors. Yours make it easy to show busy vs slow. When I try to create a rule for more color options it says I can only use 3?
