Need help coloring all of this with formulas.

so i need some help, i have to use this color format for my end of shift update and they always contain the same thing but different order of wells we are hydraulic fracturing.

i type them in a email and then paste them to excel to get the formatting to color the text, but i get stuck with having to still color the time.

As our shift ended after completing 6 challenging stages, it's noteworthy to acknowledge the perseverance displayed by our team despite encountering persistent issues with trucks throughout the night.

Despite the challenges, the collaborative effort ensured that we successfully navigated through the operational hurdles, and each stage was managed with dedication and resilience.
