    Hi Anna,

     

    It could be like

    =IF(COUNTIF(<column with registrants names>,<invitee name>),"Yes", "No")

Thanks for your reply - so it would have to be done for each individual invitee? When I try to drag the formatting down the column, it does not work..

      Hi, yes that's exactly what I'm looking for. Would you please break it down for me a little more clearly (struggling here as you can see). I would enter the formula under the "Registered" column?

        I've input the formula, but it does not seem to calculate correctly - it says "No" for everything, even when I can see that there are registrants that should have Yes beside their name
