#NAME? error even though Moody's Add-in are installed

Hi,

Excel suddenly doesn't recognize Moody's functions and show #NAME? errors even though we have uninstalled and reinstalled Moody's add-in. It worked very well a week ago. We have discussed with Moody's tech support, and they also don't have much solution at the moment. Could anyone please help and advise on this issue? We are trying to figure out what causes this error and possible solutions.  Below is some information about Excel we are using. Really appreciate your help! Thank you!
