#N/A showing in chart

Hello,

In the attached spreadsheet, in columns D through G, I have formulas that are used to update the graph below.  I’m running in to an issue with the #N/A’s showing on the graph, and not the actual value of the cell (the #N/A is set-up to show in the formula if the percentage in column B does not meet the criteria summarized in row 1).  For example, in the chart, the “Metra” value is displaying #N/A, but if you hover over the blue bar, you see the value of 1.0%.  Does anyone know how to have the actual value of 1.0% show, and not the #N/A?  I’m also running into the same issue with the “Pace ADA” bar.

Thanks for your help.

  • Or if you have one of the latest versions of Excel you may have this option to add "Value from Cells" where you can just select the cells B3 to B6

  • It's a bit of a "cheat" but you can

    add another set of data

turn it to a line chart

    add data label

set the line colour to "no line"

    I've attached a file
