Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?

If you enter the formula =SUM(B4:B27) in B29, the result is 0.93.
Because of that, C2 will be 1.075... andC29 will be 1.

There is no formula in B29.
